Old vines, steep slate slopes, serious wine — poured with zero ceremony.\n🍷 What makes Priorat so special?\nPriorat is one of only two regions in Spain to hold the very top “DOQ/DOCa” classification — the other is Rioja. What sets it apart is the ground itself: llicorella, a black slate and quartz soil that forces the vines to dig deep for water, giving tiny yields of intensely concentrated fruit. Add old-vine Garnacha and Cariñena clinging to near-vertical terraces, and you get wines that are powerful yet mineral, structured yet soulful — the kind that can age for decades. Delicate and fragrant — wild strawberry, rose petal and a cool, stony freshness. Once named one of the world’s best rosés.\n🥂 Les Crestes — Mas Doix\nMas Doix’s vibrant young-vine red: mostly Garnacha with a little Syrah and Cariñena, grown on steep llicorella slate.
