Sip For The Cure

Thank You for Making Sip For the Cure a Success

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who joined us for the first-ever Sip For the Cure event at Martha’s Vineyard in Moraira. Thanks to your support, we raised over €4,000 for INCLIVA’s Phase I Clinical Oncology Trials, helping advance cutting-edge cancer research in Spain.

This initiative is personal. Martha Ardila, the heart behind the project, was inspired by the strength of her sister and son—both cancer survivors—and the memory of close friends lost to the disease. Her mission is to turn grief into action and connection across communities in California, Colombia, and now Spain.

 

Following the event, we were honored to be invited to INCLIVA’s headquarters in Valencia, where we met with the directors and presented the donation in person. The visit included a tour of their Phase I Clinical Trials Unit, and valuable discussions on how to strengthen our fundraising efforts for Sip For the Cure 2026.

Sip For the Cure isn’t just about wine. It’s about solidarity, remembrance, and hope. We want to extend special thanks to the Teulada Cancer Association, the City Council of Teulada-Moraira, and our loyal customers, suppliers, and neighbors, whose generosity made this possible.

The INCLIVA donation page remains open throughout the year, and we’re already planning the next Sip For the Cure in May 2026.

Message from Martha

'Wine is an event - to share, to enjoy and to learn.'

Martha is a retired diplomat, born in Colombia and educated in California. Her passion for wine has been present throughout her life. After traveling and living around the world, it is her experience and deep passion for wine that encourages her to share knowledge of viticulture, wine experiences and wine appreciation with others. Martha has formed close relationships with the wineries, ensuring that her guests receive special attention and tasting upgrades.

 

She is especially committed to promote the wines of denomination of Alicante and communicating more to wine lovers interested in the regional wines, the history, tradition and process of wine making in Alicante. Telling the stories of all involved in the winemaking process from the grape to the bottles that she presents in her wine tastings. The mission is to reunite wine lovers to wine makers.

Terms and Conditions

By completing this booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Consent

You warrant that you are over 18 years old.

Group Coordinator.

In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full.

Deposit

To Conform your booking we require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid before the event.

Changes to Booking

You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 10. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event.

Refunds

Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking.
Up to 14 days prior to the Event – 100% refund
Up To 7 days prior to the Event – 50% refund.
Less than 7 days prior to the Event – no refund.

Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 3 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event.
