In Spain, we serve the entire peninsular territory, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla;

**How long will it take for my order to arrive?**

In the Valencian Community, the deadline is 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday except holidays).
In the Iberian Peninsula, the period is 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday except holidays).
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the deadline is 3 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday except holidays).
For shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, it is from 7 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday except holidays).

**Will the transport company contact me to make the delivery?**

An email will be sent to you indicating your tracking number to track the shipment on the carrier’s website and know the estimated delivery date.

Although most agencies adapt to a delivery only in the morning or only in the afternoon, this is not always possible and the agency is not obliged to attend to this type of request or to contact the recipient by phone to fix the delivery.

**I’m at home for a short time. What options do I have?**

It must be taken into account that the type of service is “throughout the day,” so we recommend that the delivery be made to an address where there is usually someone. If you are short on time at home, it may be better to put another address: work, family, or neighbors.

**Can I request an express delivery service, paying the difference?**

Absolutely, you can place orders as gifts for your loved ones or special occasions. During the purchase process, you’ll find the “notes for delivery.” option. If you wish to include a personalized gift message, you can do so, and we’ll handle the rest. Rest assured that the recipient of the gift will not receive any documents with prices, as proofs of purchase and invoices are sent exclusively to the buyer’s email.

**Invoices for Companies**

Yes, you can receive invoices in the name of your company. During the purchase process, you’ll be prompted to provide the billing address, allowing you to request invoices for your company.

**Product Labels and Packaging**

While we make every effort to ensure that product photos are up to date and reflect any changes in label designs and formats, occasional discrepancies may arise. Terms and Conditions - Private Events

Terms and Conditions

By completing this booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Group Coordinator.

In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full.

Deposit

We may require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid at the event.

Changes to Booking

You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 6. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event.

Refunds

Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking.
Up to 14 days prior to the Event – 100% refund
Up To 7 days prior to the Event – 50% refund.
Less than 7 days prior to the Event – no refund.

Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 4 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event.
