Thank you to everyone who attended the summer wine tastings at El Teatro.  Martha managed to guide you through 70 different wines and introduced to you to 5 sommeliers to help expand your knowledge and appreciation of great wine here in Spain.  The season at El Teatro is over but we are delighted to announce that Martha’s Vineyard Guided wine tastings are Back!

The next tasting will be held at the Samar Restaurant and bar in The Marina in Moraira.  This is a beautiful restaurant – right on the waterfront in the marina.  There is easy parking and is very walkable from anywhere in Moraira.

darsena verdejoOn Friday 18th November at 5.30pm we will be tasting the King of Spanish Grapes – Tempranillo.

Do you know the meaning of “tempranillo”?  And why is it so popular in Spain?  Are there white and rose wines made from the Tempranillo grape?  To find the answers to these and many more questions please join us at this very special guided tasting and find out everything about tempranillo from Spain.  Samar’s chef is preparing 5 of his famous tapas dishes to pair with each of the wines in this tasting.

Tempranillo Wines are known to be fruity and fleshy, while also having very complex, savory flavors! They are elegant and masculine at the same time.

Terms and Conditions

By completing this booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Consent

You warrant that you are over 18 years old.

Group Coordinator.

In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full.

Deposit

We may require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid at the event.

Changes to Booking

You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 6. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event.

Refunds

Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking.
Up to 14 days prior to the Event – 100% refund
Up To 7 days prior to the Event – 50% refund.
Less than 7 days prior to the Event – no refund.

Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 4 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event.
