This reserve cava is born from a complex selection of the best organic grapes from vineyards in the highlands of Requena. It has remained for more than 15 months at 15ÂșC in maximum calm and without sudden changes in temperature or light. Gaining day by day in complexity, roundness in the mouth and finesse in its bubble.
True to the origins. A unique and passionate character, the result of the light of the Eastern side of Spain, which lives in highlands overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
Located in the Valencian Community, it has an area of ââ816 kmÂČ, it is the largest municipality in the region, which also makes it one of the largest in Spain. The main crops are vineyards, with Almond and Olive crops also occurring to a lesser extent.
It sits on a plateau between 550 and 750 meters above sea level, surrounded by peaks that exceed 1,000 meters to the north and east. It has a continental climate with a Mediterranean influence, being about 70km from the Mediterranean Sea.
The Hevia Ferrer family, originally from Santander and descendants of the Ferrer Sala family with more than 100 years of experience in the production of quality sparkling wines, following the entrepreneurial spirit of their ancestors, acquired Cavas Marevia in 2019.
This investment reflects the vision and constant growth of a company that is firmly committed to being a leader in the production of top-quality organic cavas in Requena.
Their ecologic, vegan Cavas have been recognized over and over again and got awards at main tastings and competitions both internationally and in Spain.

| Group Coordinator. | In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full. |
| Deposit | We may require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid at the event. |
| Changes to Booking | You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 6. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event. |
| Refunds | Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking. Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 4 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event. |
