CAVA BRUT RESERVA – PACK

Two bottles of this beautiful cava from Penedes, Barcelona and second fermentation in the Mediterranean Sea. The pack includes a bottle aged in cellar and another bottle of the same cava aged under the sea. Perfect to compare the tastes and differences between ageing in land and under the sea.

A beautiful coupage of the three varieties for cava making Xarel-lo, macabeo and Parellada.
Harvested by hand in our own vineyards in calcareous-clay soils. Our emblematic cava is the result of careful quality control throughout the production process, prioritizing respect for natural processes. The different phases, such as fermentation, foaming and aging, are very important to obtain the organoleptic characteristics that define our identity. It is aged for a minimum of 28 months, in order to obtain aromatic complexity and structure, as well as a fine and creamy bubble, all followed by an artisanal disgorging to avoid thermal contrast and thus preserve as much as possible the aromas of the cava.

Underwater aging occurs for 9 months at a depth of 24 meters off the coast of Alicante in the Mediterranean Sea.

Food Match

Perfect accompaniment to complex dishes and meats. It is also serves an excellent complement to savour smoked or Iberian ham accompanied with bread with tomato. And to conclude this recommendation, you simply cannot omit desserts; the aromas produced from its lengthy aging process pair extraordinarily well with nuts and desserts that have lighter, sweet flavours.

  • Clear, brilliant and fine and creamy bubble
  • nose_line Main aroma of stone fruits such as peach, complemented with white flowers. Subtle aromas of honey and intense brioche and pastry aromas, which are enhanced by the underwater aging that complements any nuances provided by the yeast.
  • Grand finesse. Fresh and harmonic structure, its unctuousness nature and fine bubble added to a perfectly integrated acidity reminds us of sparkling wines that have aged for a longer period. A very balanced finish and an extremely pleasant aftertaste, which is again accentuated by the underwater maturation process and natural yeasts from the second fermentation.

By completing this booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Consent

You warrant that you are over 18 years old.

Group Coordinator.

In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full.

Deposit

We may require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid at the event.

Changes to Booking

You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 6. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event.

Refunds

Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking.
Up to 14 days prior to the Event – 100% refund
Up To 7 days prior to the Event – 50% refund.
Less than 7 days prior to the Event – no refund.

Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 4 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event.
