Do Ferreiro is a prestigious white wine from one of the most prominent wineries in the Rías Baixas and Galicia in general. The vines, ranging in age from 10 to 50 years old, are located in Val do Salnés, planted on diverse soils, primarily granitic sand and red slate.
Harvest is done manually and quickly transported to the winery in small plastic crates to preserve the quality of the grapes and prevent them from overheating. Vinification takes place primarily in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is not aged.
