Fuego Lento is a wine made with the traditional methods of the D.O. Alicante, with a careful preparation and a strict selection of grapes. It is an 18-month-old wine aged in French oak that aims to show the essence of the cuisine of yesteryear. Savor it quietly, little by little, without haste.
It is a wine that was the result of viticulture that was once practiced in the DO Alicante and that the Bocopa Winery intends to preserve. Made with grapes from vineyards grown at more than 600 meters high and under extreme climatic conditions, this unique wine is made.
The vines of Monastrell with more than 50 years of age on a free calcareous soil with a very deep profile and full of boulders that facilitate drainage provide the fruit, elegance and unctuousness typical of Mediterranean wines. The vines of Alicante Bouschet provide concentration and express the minerality of our soils. Syrah’s vines provide freshness, depth and floral notes that contribute to their complexity.
A very careful elaboration, based on a strict selection of the grapes in the vineyard and on the selection table, allows long macerations aimed at the extraction of all the wealth that these grapes enclose. A patient aged for 18 months in French oak and its subsequent stay in the bottle allow this guard wine to mature on low heat as its name suggests.
Fuego Lento takes us to a way of understanding life without haste, without shocks. Dedicate the time that everything requires and put all the attention and all the care in what we do. This wine invites us to enjoy every sip, enjoying its essence and the moment.

| Consent | You warrant that you are over 18 years old. |
| Group Coordinator. | In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full. |
| Deposit | We may require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid at the event. |
| Changes to Booking | You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 6. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event. |
| Refunds | Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking. Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 4 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event. |
