About The Wine

This sparkling rosé is one of the most sparkling experiences that Glissade offers. It stands out for its aromatic intensity, its freshness and fluidity. A safe bet to accompany seafood and sushi.

Traditional method. Gently pressed. First fermentation
in tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16 ºC and second fermentation in the bottle for a month, at a temperature of between 13 and 15 ºC.
Aging in bottle for 9 to 12 months with annual stirring to encourage contact. No added sugar in the expedition liquor.

  • Salmon color with copper reflections.
  • nose_line The nose is intense and aromatic, where notes of fruits such as peach, nectarine and apricots stand out, along with light touches of cherry, raspberry, grapefruit and dried flowers that blend with the notes of pastries.
  • In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and fluid, with a pleasant texture and an integrated bubble, and with notes of stone fruit and fennel at the end of the mouth. Serving temperature

Meet The Winemaker

L'Origan
The experience and savoir-faire of the winemaker Manel Martínez. Thanks to their effort and dedication, the winery has managed to produce some of the best wines and cavas in the world using native grapes such as Xarel·lo, Parellada and Macabeo, among others. The winery follows the traditional method, carrying out the second fermentation in the bottle and carrying out manual disgorging.

Terms and Conditions

By completing this booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Consent

You warrant that you are over 18 years old.

Group Coordinator.

In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full.

Deposit

We may require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid at the event.

Changes to Booking

You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 6. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event.

Refunds

Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking.
Up to 14 days prior to the Event – 100% refund
Up To 7 days prior to the Event – 50% refund.
Less than 7 days prior to the Event – no refund.

Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 4 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event.
