Manual harvesting  in 25-kilogram boxes for transport to the winery. Once there, they pass through the sorting table, where any berries that do not meet the required quality are manually discarded, as well as any insects or leaves that may come from the vineyard. The grapes used to make Mart preserve their organoleptic qualities and will express their full potential in the wine.
Mart is a wine made from a native Penedès grape variety that nearly faced extinction, but has reemerged with the power of the red planet: Xarel·lo vermell.
After manual harvesting, the grapes are cold macerated for 48 hours to achieve aromatic extraction and a light pink color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks that help preserve the primary aromas of the variety.
The result is a refreshing, lively, and delicate wine with marked aromas of Mediterranean fruits and herbs influenced by our terroir.
