The grapes used to make Millésime Rose Brut Reserva are carefully harvested by hand at the perfect ripeness. This is an important step in the winemaking process, as it ensures that only the best quality grapes are selected. Hand harvesting also allows for the grapes to be carefully inspected, ensuring that only healthy and mature grapes are used in the production of the wine.
The grape variety used in the production of Millésime Rose Brut Reserva is predominantly Garnacha, a red grape variety commonly grown in the Catalonia region of Spain. The grapes are gently pressed to extract only the free-run juice, which is then fermented at a low temperature to preserve the natural flavors and aromas.
After the primary fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for a minimum of 15 months, which gives it complexity and a creamy texture. During this time, the wine undergoes regular “riddling,” a process of slowly turning and tilting the bottle to encourage the lees to settle in the neck of the bottle.
Finally, the wine is disgorged, a process that involves removing the sediment from the neck of the bottle, and then topped up with a “dosage,” a mixture of wine and sugar that determines the final sweetness level of the wine.
The result is a beautiful pink-colored wine with a fine and persistent bubble. On the nose, Millésime Rose Brut Reserva offers delicate aromas of red fruits, citrus, and floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, elegant, and well-balanced, with a good acidity and a long and refreshing finish.

| Group Coordinator. | In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full. |
| Deposit | We may require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid at the event. |
| Changes to Booking | You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 6. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event. |
| Refunds | Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking. Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 4 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event. |
