It is made from grapes from Finca la Cantera located in the town of Rubí de Bracamonete (Valladolid). Deep, sandy soils with silica stone that give the winery’s wines maturity and structure.

The harvest is manual and selected in 10kg boxes. Vinification, after selecting the best plot of Finca la Cantera, this grape is harvested manually and rests overnight in the cold. The must is fermented in a Tuscan clay jar where it will later rest on total lees for 9 months.

The character of the Pita family wines springs from the nature of the vineyards: 63 hectares located in the heart of Castilla. The vast majority are located in La Cantera, a 56-hectare farm in Rubí de Bracamonte.
