PSI is the wine that makes Pingus accessible — but do not mistake accessible for ordinary. Peter Sisseck, the Danish-born genius behind one of Spain’s most celebrated estates, created PSI to showcase what Ribera del Duero can do in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about the land. Made from old Tempranillo vines across multiple parcels, it is a wine of real depth and personality: rich, layered, and alive with character. The 2023 vintage brings freshness alongside that trademark Ribera structure, making it the kind of bottle you open for a special dinner and end up opening again the following weekend.

  • Deep ruby with violet-purple edges and excellent clarity. In the glass it has real density — this is not a light wine — but there is brightness here too, a sign of the freshness that the 2023 vintage delivered.
  • nose_line Generous and expressive from the moment you pour it. Dark cherry and blackberry lead, with layers of dried herbs, a touch of graphite, and warm earthy notes that speak of old vines and Ribera terroir. With a few minutes in the glass a cedar and spice edge emerges — subtle but confident.
  • Full-bodied but well-balanced, with Tempranillo tannins that are firm but polished. The fruit is rich — plum, cassis, dark cherry — framed by a lively acidity that keeps everything fresh and moving. The finish is long and earthy, with a pleasing hint of tobacco and dried flowers. Built to age, but already very enjoyable.

Peter Sisseck is a Danish winemaker who arrived in Ribera del Duero in the early 1990s and never really left — because once you have tasted what this land can produce, why would you? His estate, Dominio de Pingus, is based around a tiny plot of 60-year-old vines that produces Pingus, one of Spain’s most sought-after wines. PSI is the estate’s second label, but second label is a misleading term — it is a serious wine in its own right, sourced from old Tempranillo vines across a wider selection of Ribera parcels. Peter farms biodynamically, works closely with the land, and has a philosophy that puts the vineyard first and the winery second. PSI is the result of that philosophy made deliciously drinkable.

By completing this booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Consent

You warrant that you are over 18 years old.

Group Coordinator.

In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full.

Deposit

To Conform your booking we require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid before the event.

Changes to Booking

You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 10. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event.

Refunds

Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking.
Up to 14 days prior to the Event – 100% refund
Up To 7 days prior to the Event – 50% refund.
Less than 7 days prior to the Event – no refund.

Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 3 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event.
