Black fruit in a wine with character that maintains the freshness of the fruit.
Roda I is blended from vineyards that ripened that year with the sensation of black fruit. The deep, black fruit, almost always dominated by plum, accompanied by mineral notes, chocolate, and balsamic sensations, form a whole that flows slowly from the depths of the glass until it becomes enormous upon entering the awaiting nose. On the palate, the volume becomes evident, the fruity complexity gently envelops the mouth, with abundant, melted tannins. The wine lengthens, marking the memory through the retronasal passage with each breath. A lingering sensation of fruit and freshness invites you to continue drinking it.

Vineyards of over 30 years old,  with goblet training planted in Haro and neighboring towns.

The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled oak vats. Aging for 16 months in French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% still wine.
Bottling carried out after stabilization using natural methods and clarification with egg white. The wine remains in the bottle for 20 months before being released to the market.
