A meticulous selection and treatment of the grapes guarantees the conditions for the production of thi wine.
The boxes of grapes are turned by hand on a conveyor belt where the first visual control is carried out. The bunches that pass this sieve will arrive at the manual selection table where a second, more exhaustive control will be carried out.
The grapes selected to enter the winery will go through the destemmer, where their stems will be removed and only the loose grain will arrive in perfect condition to the fermentation tank.
Tobelos Blanco is a white wine elaborated by Tobelos with Viura, Sauvignon Blanc and Garnacha Blanca in the D.O.Ca. Rioja.
Each variety ferments in a tank of different material and shape, all of them with their own lees. The Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in a concrete egg, the Garnacha Blanca in a small stainless steel tank and the Viura in new French oak barrels of 500 and 225 litres.
Only the Viura is aged for 6 months in new 500 and 225 litre French oak barrels.
The winery is located in Briñas, 2 km from Haro, in one of the areas with the greatest wine-growing tradition in La Rioja, located on a hill surrounded by the Ebro River, at the foot of the Sierra Cantabria and with beautiful views of the Obarenes Mountains, the Conchas de Haro and the Bilibio Cliffs.

| Consent | You warrant that you are over 18 years old. |
| Group Coordinator. | In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full. |
| Deposit | We may require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid at the event. |
| Changes to Booking | You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 6. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event. |
| Refunds | Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking. Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 4 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event. |
