Get ready, wine lovers — this is not your average tasting.
We’re bringing the legendary Raventós i Blanc and Can Sumoi straight from the rolling hills of the Penedès to sunny Moraira.

Two of Spain’s most iconic wine projects — led by Pepe Raventós, 21st generation of one of the world’s oldest winemaking families — are coming to show us what happens when tradition meets wild mountain energy.

Guiding us through this delicious journey will be José Manuel Ruiz, Raventós i Blanc’s rockstar ambassador, with over 30 years in the game (and plenty of stories to tell).
And of course, Martha will be there, glass in hand, making sure the good times flow.

We’ll be tasting seven stunning wines that capture the heart, soul, and altitude of these Catalan vineyards — each one perfectly paired with a small tapas bite crafted to complement its character:

 🍷 Can Sumoi Garnatxa Blanca 2024 – bright, citrusy, and mineral; pure Mediterranean sunshine in a glass.
🍷 Can Sumoi Muntanya 2024 – wild herbs, stone fruit, and mountain freshness; a taste of high-altitude freedom.
🍷 Montañas del Montmell – crisp and aromatic, with a hint of thyme and sea breeze; fresh yet grounded.
🍷 Raventós i Blanc 2023 – elegant bubbles, orchard fruit, and chalky finesse; classic and effortlessly charming.
🍷 Raventós i Blanc De La Finca 2022 – refined, creamy, and complex; the soul of the Raventós terroir.
🍷 Raventós Textures de Pedra 2021 – textured, saline, and deeply expressive; a sparkling wine with real attitude.
🍷 Manuel Raventós 2017 – rich, layered, and timeless; the pinnacle of craftsmanship and patience.


 Expect stories of volcanic soils, mountain magic, and family roots that go back over 500 years — all wrapped in an evening of flavor, laughter, and great company.

Martha is a retired diplomat for the Colombian government, having years of experience in the organization and creation of cultural events including the famous annual Latin American Festival in Istanbul. Over the last 15 years Martha lived in the Southern California wine area and contributed to the creation of numerous wine experiences, such as chocolate wine pairings for some of the biggest wineries of the area. Now living in Moraira, she is in a mission to bring wine lovers together with the wine makers of Alicante in a series of fun, entertaining and educational events.

You warrant that you are over 18 years old.

Group Coordinator.

In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full.

Deposit

To Conform your booking we require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid before the event.

Changes to Booking

You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 10. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event.

Refunds

Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking.
Up to 14 days prior to the Event – 100% refund
Up To 7 days prior to the Event – 50% refund.
Less than 7 days prior to the Event – no refund.

Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 3 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event.
