This is wine tasting with a twist, a soundtrack, and a little bit of mischief. Join us at Martha’s Vineyard for a playful tasting experience where we explore five very different wines, each matched with a different style of music — from sparkling elegance and chilled acoustic charm to juicy pop, smooth jazz, and full-on rock-and-roll swagger.

Because sometimes a wine doesn’t just taste fresh, bold, silky, or dramatic.

Sometimes it sounds like it too. 🎵

This tasting was inspired by a brilliant moment at Martha’s Vineyard last year, when Valenti from Mas Doix came to present his wines and completely blew the room away. He didn’t just talk about wine — he made people feel it. He brought energy, emotion, passion, and that magical sense that a great wine is more than flavour in a glass. It has personality. It has mood. It has a pulse.

And that got us thinking…

If a wine can have rhythm, tension, softness, drama, and soul, what happens when you actually give it a soundtrack?

So that’s exactly what we’re going to do.

We’ll taste, listen, sip again, compare notes, laugh a bit, disagree confidently, and see what happens when music joins the party. Does a sparkling wine feel even more lifted with classical music? Does jazz make a red feel smoother? Does rock turn a bold Syrah into a full-blown anthem?

There’s only one way to find out.

This is not a lecture. Nobody’s getting tested. There are no wrong answers. Just delicious wines, great music, and the fun of discovering how much atmosphere can shape what’s in your glass.

Each wine will be introduced with a short piece of music chosen to match its character, energy, and style. You’ll taste the wine, hear the music, and then decide for yourself whether the pairing changes the way the wine feels.

Bold, dark, and unapologetically dramatic. This one absolutely brings the guitar solo.
