Circe is a young wine that has enormous recognition from critics and the public. Behind its avant-garde design is a magnificent wine, which is committed to gustatory delicacy, refined aroma and a sweet and fresh palate. Everything with the objective
to win over a young audience that it seeks to attract with the charm of a product designed primarily for them.
Avelino Vegas S.A. controls more than 600 hectares of vineyards, of which 90 hectares are from old vineyards, some of them almost centuries old, located mainly in the Segovia area, where their new winery has been located. In this area the vineyards are small, most between 1 and 3 hectares and the Verdejo grape is grown exclusively. The age of the vines means that the grapes provide the wines with great complexity of aromas and good structure.
ELABORATION:
This wine is made with grapes from old vineyards, from the Segovian towns of Moraleja, Aldeanueva, Codorniz and Santiuste, harvested by hand, at their optimal point of ripeness. A light cold maceration makes the flower must impregnate itself with all the varietal aromas. Fermented at a low temperature (12 oC), the wine finally rests on its fine lees, to achieve the unctuousness on the palate that characterizes it.
TASTING NOTES:
Pale, straw yellow in color, very luminous. On the nose it displays aromas of exotic fruits, white flowers and varietal aromas. In the mouth it is fresh and sweet, with a soft, silky palate and a perfumed and very long aftertaste.
RECOMMENDED WITH
Ideal for any appetizer and seafood. Fantastic with foie.

| Group Coordinator. | In order to book your event we require a single coordinator of your group. As the Group Coordinator you are responsible for all communications with Martha’s Vineyard. You ensure that all group members are at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the payment of any deposit and final payment at the event. The final payment may be split between members of your group but you take sole responsibility that the final payment is completed in full. |
| Deposit | We may require a 50% deposit of the total payable amount for your event. The balance must be paid at the event. |
| Changes to Booking | You may make changes to the number of guests in your party prior to the event provided that you do not fall below the minimum acceptable group count of 6. You must inform Martha’s Vineyard of your requested changes and receive confirmation that the changes are acceptable. Please note: You will not be able to remove guests from your party within 5 days of the event. You may add guests to your event up until 2 days prior to your event. |
| Refunds | Once you have completed your booking you may request a refund of any deposit if you cancel your booking. Please note that if you wish to cancel the booking entirely or in part less than 4 days prior to the event you will be required to pay the full price of the event. As group coordinator you are solely responsible to complete this payment on or before the date of the event. |
