First Guided tasting of the summer: GRAPE EXPECTATIONS!
Martha’s Vineyard is now open! Located in Moraira, on the Moraira a Teulada roundabout next to Pepe la Sal and Clinica Moraira.
Martha will be hosting weekly guided tastings of the best local, National and International wines throughout the summer. This is your chance to come and learn about wine by tasting and comparing different wines. Come and join our growing community at Moraira’s new gathering place for wine lovers.
There is a limit of 16 people per tasting so please reserve your tickets in advance. You can book your tickets here or pop in to the shop and book directly.
The first tasting will be on Thursday 18th May at 6pm.
TITLE: ‘Grape Expectations’ – because who needs realistic expectations when you have wine?”
“Grape Expectations,” we will explore the wonderful world of Spanish wine! In this theme, we invite you to join us for an evening of indulgence as we savor some of the most delicious spanish wines.
At this tasting, we will be focusing on the some of the best well known spanish grapes used to make wine, and how their unique characteristics impact the flavor, aroma, and appearance of the wine. From crisp and refreshing whites, to bold and robust reds, we will be exploring the nuances of each varietal and what sets them apart.
Martha will guide you through the tasting, sharing her expertise on the winemaking process, the history of different grape varieties, and the terroir that gives each wine its distinctive flavor. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to sample a variety of wines, each with its own unique story to tell.
